Could you be the applicant we are looking for? We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative, who:
- Is an effective, confident communicator,
- Is able to work as part of a team and individually,
- Is experienced in communicating over the telephone,
- Is experienced in using a variety of systems including Microsoft packages and CRM systems,
- Is able to enter information accurately and concisely and maintain confidentiality.
We need you if you are someone who has the required resilience and composure to provide the compassion and empathy each call may require.
The post is based in the Contact Centre, Redcar & Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar. TS10 1SP
