The post holder will provide Physiotherapy assessments and interventions within the Complex Care at Home service in Cheltenham.
As an autonomous practitioner, you will work with the Physiotherapy Professional Lead and Clinical Specialists, support the MDT, evaluate progress, and adjust exercise programmes as required.
