The post holder will deliver high quality clinical care within the Integrated Healthcare Service for the prison setting, combining acute and primary care with long-term condition management and health promotion activities.
Working with the Clinical Lead, GPs and multidisciplinary teams, you will implement evidence-based nursing practice, support professional supervision and annual appraisal, and promote patient-centred care planning across all prisons within the service.
