You’ll support clients with learning disabilities, autism, and other social and emotional mental health needs in a rolling shift pattern, including sleep ins and 24-hour shifts, with a rota published months in advance for consistency and work–life balance.
You’ll work with regular clients and enjoy benefits such as six weeks holiday, a fuel allowance, and enhanced pay on bank holidays.
