We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our Spa team at St Brelade's Bay Hotel. The therapist role is heavily focused on delivering bespoke treatments as well as providing our guests with the ultimate experience combining the delivery of exceptional spa treatments. The successful candidate will be passionate about health and wellbeing, dedicated to outstanding guest service, and able to create memorable experiences for every guest from arrival through to departure.
40 hours per week over 5 days per week including weekends.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer care and communication, excellent time management and be adaptable and flexible.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Beauty/Spa Industry.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent spa qualification is required.
Excellent customer service, communication skills.
