Develop your career as a senior leader in maternity services with Health & Care Jersey. As Lead Midwife, you will provide strategic, professional, and transformational leadership across Jersey Maternity Services. This is a pivotal senior role, responsible for shaping the future of maternity care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

Working closely with senior clinical leaders and system partners, you will lead on service transformation, workforce development, quality improvement, and governance, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality, person centred care for women, babies, and families.
