- Monthly bookkeeping for the entities within the structure
- Prepare and review periodic management accounts, investor reports, and annual financial statements for a portfolio of fund structures
- Calculate and review Net Asset Values (NAVs) in accordance with relevant accounting standards and fund documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledgers for fund structures and special purpose vehicles
- Account for investment acquisitions, disposals, valuations, capital activity, and complex fund transactions
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and support related investor reporting requirements
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, investment holdings, loan positions, and other balance sheet accounts
- Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparation of supporting working papers and liaison with auditors
