You will provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support customers by offering guidance, product knowledge and recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You will also ensure the department is well presented, fully stocked and operating efficiently. You will:
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest product launches
- Have previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment and/or skincare experience may be advantageous
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service focus
- Be focused to achieve targets and develop and grow the customer base
- Be confident in learning new products.
