This is a practice leadership role for an experienced Social Work professional with substantial post qualification experience; an understanding of relationship based practice and a track record of leading practice improvement in complex dynamic environments.

You will play a key role in strengthening social work practice across the service, embedding relationship based approaches, working closely with Managers, Heads of Service and colleagues in the Standards and Quality service. You will coach, mentor and support practitioners and managers, providing reflective supervision and lead workforce development activity including training and workshops.
