Jersey Residents Only: The United Club is seeking a capable individual with hospitality experience to cover from now to end of December.
The role is practical and varied. You will be trusted to help keep the Club running smoothly
Responsibilities
- Opening and preparing the Club for service
- Providing attentive bar and table service
- Taking food and drink orders, liaising with the kitchen and supporting kitchen-porter duties where needed
- Setting up, staffing and clearing down private functions, dinners and Club events
- Maintaining high standards throughout the building: clearing tables, replenishing supplies, light cleaning, watering flowers and ensuring rooms are always presentable
- Building a genuine knowledge of members and their preferences
Immediate start preferable but not essential
