Job Summary
Lead a collaborative, high-performing team supporting the administration of Jersey companies and SPVs across financing and investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop team members, supporting career progression and succession planning
- Oversee structured finance, securitisation, debt issuance and other SPV structures
- Act as a senior escalation point for colleagues and clients
- Ensure governance, statutory, service and KPI requirements are met
- Build strong client relationships and support business growth

- Proven financial services administration experience
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
