Key experience and skills:
- Professional qualification – ideally CMIOSH or CMCIEH minimum.
- 5 years’ experience in related industry or relevant policy development and implementation.
- Strategic risk management.
- Acute commercial awareness and report writing and communication skills at a senior level.
- Highly effective influencing skills and personal impact. The confidence, gravitas, resilience, and tenacity to drive change at pace, influence people at all levels, and lead the Health and Safety agenda across multiple operational areas.
- Accident investigation techniques and ability to make decisions independently in ambiguous situations.
