Serene Care Jersey is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide person-centred care within the community.
Experience supporting people with learning disabilities is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who promotes independence, dignity and choice while providing high-quality care tailored to each individual.

Requirements:
- Full driving licence (essential)
- Experience supporting individuals with a range of needs
- RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Compassionate, professional and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
