We’re looking for a confident, proactive, and hands-on Front of House Lead to oversee daily operations, working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional, ‘celebrity’ customer service. This will also include some evening event work.
Responsibilities include leading by example, training new staff, coordinating events, overseeing food and drinks service, managing stock ordering and rotation, maintaining accurate allergen listings, and ensuring excellent cleaning, hygiene and presentation standards.
You’ll be organised, approachable and outgoing, with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail and the ability to take ownership, motivate the team and keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
