We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team at St Brelade's Bay Hotel Health Club and Spa.
Your role will include welcoming members and hotel guests as they arrive at the club, answering enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone, managing class bookings, conducting club tours for prospective members, and assisting with new member enrolment.
Previous experience in a customer service environment and an interest in health and fitness would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided. A Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification is desirable but not essential.
This is a permanent position working on a shift rota basis over five days per week, including weekends.
Applicants must currently reside on the island and hold Entitled or Entitled for Work status.
