Jersey's oldest private members' clubs, now 500+ members strong, seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to lead its bar, dining and events offer. Immediate start.
You will:
- Run the bar and dining room to members' club standards
- Deliver events, from black-tie dinners to private functions
- Manage stock, suppliers, wine list and margins
- Recruit, train and lead the steward team
You bring:
- FandB leadership experience in a club, hotel or quality restaurant
- Warmth, discretion and commercial sense
- Wine knowledge (a real plus)
- Right to work in Jersey
