Government of Jersey's Diabetes team seeks an experienced Diabetes Inpatient Nurse to improve safety and outcomes for inpatients with diabetes at Jersey General Hospital.

As an autonomous practitioner you will lead specialist diabetes care, conduct triage, assessments, caseload management, and discharge planning, while teaching ward staff and participating in ongoing quality improvement.
