Sage is seeking an experienced and creative Mixologist to join our team. You will prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks while delivering friendly, professional service.
Key duties include maintaining drink presentation, recommending beverages, supporting seasonal cocktail development, keeping the bar clean and fully stocked, monitoring stock levels, minimising waste and following all licensing, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
