Kick start your finance career with Savills Financial Consultants, a fast growing advisory team supporting Housing Associations across the UK.

Wage: £23,000 a year. £23,500 - £24,000 DOE + £1,000 Sign on Bonus.

Training: Financial services administrator (level 3).

Hours: Five full days in the office, working hours 9:00am to 5:30pm. One of these days each week will be dedicated to apprenticeship studies whilst in the office. 37 hours 30 minutes a week.

Start date: Monday 7 September 2026.

Duration: 1 year 3 months.

What you’ll do at work:

  • Performing in-depth analysis of business plans and data
  • Running shadow credit rating analysis and presenting findings
  • Financial modelling and review (including net present value analysis)
  • Drafting of treasury strategies and treasury policies
  • Providing analytical support and project management throughout debt transactions
  • Supporting Directors and Associate Directors in the management of client relationships
  • Providing analytical support for pitches to new clients
  • Drafting of economic and market updates for clients
  • Attendance and presentation during client meetings
  • Understanding and articulating the macro-economic conditions in the markets we work within
  • Building a network across Savills
  • Continually examining self and team performance and evolving accordingly
  • Introducing ideas to the team to expand and improve our service

Training course: Financial services administrator (level 3).

Requirements:

  • GCSE in English (grade 4 or C and above)
  • GCSE in Maths (grade 4 or C and above)
  • You may not apply if you are currently studying for or already have a degree
  • You must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to
