Are you looking to build a long‐term career in accountancy? Then look no further! Start your career today with a level 7 apprenticeship with Sterling Partners Limited and Kaplan. You will be gaining valuable workplace experience whilst also working towards the ACA/ACCA level 7 qualification.

Wage: ÂŁ30,000 a year (up to ÂŁ30,000 depending on experience).

Training Course: Accountancy or taxation professional (level 7).

Hours: 37.5–38 hours a week.

Start date: Monday 2 March 2026.

Duration: 3 years.

Work: Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You'll learn on the job by gaining hands‐on experience.

What you’ll do at work:

  • Account preparation for various entities.
  • VAT return preparation and management accounts.
  • Self‐assessment tax return preparation and assistance with MTD ITSA.
  • Aid in audits.

Where you’ll work: 2nd Floor, Grove House, 774‐780 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, UK, M20 2DR.

  • Evaluate information quickly and draw accurate conclusions. Assess a problem from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered. Gather the appropriate facts and evidence to make decisions effectively.

Requirements:

  • Essential qualifications and skills: GCSE or equivalent in English (grade 9/A* – 4/C) and Maths (grade 9/A* – 4/C).
  • Communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, administrative skills.
  • AAT (grade L4) or other relevant qualifications.
