The Grange School is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our school's operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape both the HR and Finance functions within a large, dynamic secondary school, working closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
You will have responsibility for the full HR lifecycle, payroll liaison, and safeguarding compliance, alongside oversight of financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and robust control processes. Leading a small team, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality systems, accurate data and efficient business operations that directly support teaching and learning.
We are looking for a confident, proactive individual, with strong experience in HR and Finance, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a school is essential.
