  • An experienced line manager with excellent communicationand team building skills.

  • A financeprofessional with significant and demonstrable financial management experience.
  • Experience ofmanaging finance within a multi-site organisation or in a comparableenvironment.
  • Strongproblem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholdermanagement skills, including the ability to set expectations and balancecompeting priorities.
  • Excellentreport-writing skills and the ability to present information to a range ofaudiences.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Ability toeffectively contribute to the review and development of policies andprocedures.
  • Youmust have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, high standardsand take pride in your work.
  • The ability tomanage a varied and changing workload with autonomy, resilience andprofessionalism.
  • A positive,proactive and professional approach at all times.
