Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced colleagues across the Facilities Maintenance Team.
- Assist in the safe operation and maintenance of the prison’s electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Certificate in BS7671:2018 (18th edition).
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrotechnical Services (City e.g., 2367 or 2357).
- Fully qualified electrician with at least two years’ experience.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems.
- Good working knowledge of planned and preventive maintenance operations.
