We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at HMP Rochester, CATEGORY C / YOI & Male prison.

As an Administration Officer you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM
• Experience in a busy office environment
• Experience of working without supervision
• Knowledge of IT systems
• Up to date First Aid qualification
• Administrative experience

Future Plans

GFSL has been notified by its shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM Services will in future be delivered by the private sector. This means that following a successful procurement process, GFSL\’s services will complete transfer to a private sector provider/providers no sooner than August 2027.
