Location: Hybrid / Remote with some travel.

Salary: £39,579.20 per annum plus travel expenses.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll provide PMO support to a complex, multi workstream transition and close out programme, helping ensure strong governance, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across projects. Working with the Programme PMO Manager and Project Managers, you will maintain programme controls, produce performance and financial reports, and keep key information such as risks, issues, actions, and plans up to date. You will support programme planning, resource and budget tracking, coordinate meetings and documentation, and use data and digital tools to monitor progress, identify issues, and support informed decision making. You will also work with a wide range of stakeholders and help share learning and best practice across the programme.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a programme or project management support role (PMO / project support / programme support)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting, schedules, and documentation
  • Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies, techniques, and best practice
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM Project Fundamentals qualification

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Good analytical skills, including the ability to assess risks, resource requirements, and potential delivery impacts
  • Experience using data, dashboards, or digital tools to support project and programme reporting
