Responsibilities
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning and administrative staff to maintain a safe and secure environment within HMP Aylesbury.
Qualifications
- Substantiated experience in a similar role
- Competency in the use and operation of all associated power tools and machinery
- Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
- Up to date First Aid at Work qualification
- City & Guilds, National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification or substantial experience
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
