We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at HMP Grendon Springhill. HMP Grendon is a Category B training prison, while HMP Springhill is a Category D open prison, and they are jointly managed and maintained by the same facilities team. The Facilities Maintenance Team is committed to driving the smooth and safe operation of our self‑contained city, ensuring a secure environment for prisoners, employees and visitors.
As an Administration Officer you will work alongside experienced professionals such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners and fellow administrators, supporting a diverse, high‑performance team focused on rehabilitation and safety.
We are looking for an Administration Officer with a combination of:
- Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Experience of working without supervision
- Knowledge of IT systems
- Up to date First Aid qualification
- Administrative experience
