This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, digital and policy. Within Schools Digital, you'll play a leading role in shaping how data is used to inform strategic decisions across multiple services and programmes. You'll work closely with policy and delivery teams, connecting insights across the system and using data to identify opportunities for improvement. This is a highly influential role where your work will directly support major education reforms and help deliver better outcomes at scale.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading complex, high-impact data analysis projects across multiple services and policy areas
  • Shaping and implementing the analytics strategy for Schools Digital
  • Turning complex data into clear, compelling insights for a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders
  • Connecting data across user journeys to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Improving data quality, standards and collection processes
  • Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful insights
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure analysis drives real-world outcomes
  • Promoting a data-driven culture and best practice across teams
  • Supporting, mentoring and developing other analysts in the team

  • Strong experience leading data analysis across complex services or programmes
