What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of key analytics products, working closely with Business Analysts, Data Architects and stakeholders. You'll:
- Design, build and maintain high quality Power BI dashboards
- Deliver business critical KPIs and reporting aligned to GPA's Information & Data Strategy
- Translate complex business needs into clear, effective BI solutions
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across GPA to refine requirements
- Improve and enhance existing dashboards and reporting tools
- Ensure analytics products align with data governance and information management frameworks
- Support engagement across the organisation, running sessions and working groups to share insights
- Help teams across GPA use data more confidently in their daily work
Who this role is for
You'll be a strong fit if you have experience with:
- Advanced Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query and Row Level Security
- Working with data platforms such as Azure, SQL and cloud databases
- Building and maintaining BI environments and artefacts end to end
- Working in Agile delivery teams, using tools like JIRA
- Engaging stakeholders and building consensus around data insights
- Applying numerical and analytical methods to real world problems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mentoring others, and managing workload priorities is beneficial but not essential.
