You’ll join the Change Team within HSE’s Operational Services Division, working alongside analysts, change specialists and delivery professionals to support major transformation and improvement work. This role is all about using data to solve real business problems, helping shape services, improve performance and support better decision‑making across HSE. You’ll work on a mix of digital and operational projects, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing complex data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Translating business problems into data‑driven solutions
  • Building data models and supporting service and process design
  • Creating reports, dashboards and performance frameworks
  • Defining KPIs and measuring the impact of change initiatives
  • Using tools like SQL, Power BI and Excel for analysis and reporting
