About the role
You'll support and maintain business-critical applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Working as part of a developing Application Support function, you'll help ensure services are stable, secure and continuously improving. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with delivery teams, suppliers and business users, playing a key part in how platforms are managed, optimised and developed over time.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications
- Manage system configuration, access and routine maintenance
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents
- Support users and provide guidance on best practice
- Work with developers, testers and suppliers on live services and releases
- Maintain documentation, audit trails and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability and user experience
- Contribute to secure, compliant and well-governed services
What we're looking for:
- Experience supporting or managing enterprise applications (ideally Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Strong understanding of system configuration, data handling and IT service operations
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage incidents in a live environment
- Good communication skills, able to support both technical and non-technical users
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service delivery
