This includes omni-channel customer contract, web data exchange with customers and customer relationship platform. This will result in multi-year deals with a likely NPV market value of c.£700m.
You will support in the creation and delivery of the strategy, planning and execution of the programme through complex requirements gathering, procurement activity, business cases, senior stakeholder management and negotiations.
