The predicted salary is between 74340 - 81774 € per year.

Salary: £74,340 to £81,774 + GCO Pension, GCO Terms. Up to 15% performance-related pay available on accreditation.

The Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) is a new arm’s-length body which was set up as a direct result of the report into the Infected Blood scandal. IBCA is developing at an unprecedented pace, to administer compensation to people whose lives have been impacted and affected by the infected blood scandal.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Business Partner to join our Commercial & Estates team. This is a leadership role that will be responsible for providing expert procurement commercial advice, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and leading complex procurement activities that support the IBCA’s mission.

To be successful, you’ll have significant experience in a commercial or procurement role with a strong understanding of commercial best practice within the public sector. Further, you’ll be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) or equivalent.
