As Head of Business Relationship Management, you will be pivotal in building and maintaining meaningful organisational relationships. You will operate at a strategic level to ensure that our digital and data investments align with business goals, adding measurable value across the organisation. You will manage complex stakeholder landscapes, lead and develop a team of relationship managers, and champion a culture of collaboration and user focus. You will lead a high-performing team of relationship managers dedicated to ensuring that digital and data products effectively support business ambitions. Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and guide team members, manage performance to ensure a high-performing team, and support staff development through regular feedback.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful organisational relationships to ensure digital and data investments add tangible value.
  • Manage complex stakeholder needs and expectations, ensuring competing priorities are balanced to meet organisational outcomes.
  • Provide visionary leadership to a team of relationship managers, fostering their professional development, performance, and career progression.
  • Collaborate across the organisation and wider government to ensure digital products and services directly support business ambitions.
  • Influence organisational priorities by interpreting business needs and translating them into robust digital and data strategies.
