Mossbrook School is a split site school which educates and cares for primary aged pupils who have a range of learning difficulties and disabilities including Autism. We are looking for a clerical officer who is up for working in a challenging, forward-thinking school. This post will predominantly be based at our main site; however, you may be required to work at our Hub site which is only five minutes away; Chancet Wood Drive, Sheffield, S8 7JR.

The successful candidate will be our receptionist, and the first contact for pupils, parents, and staff. We are looking for a friendly, polite, caring individual who will promote our nurturing ethos in their approach. The role will involve undertaking administrative tasks such as:

  • Typing up annual review paperwork
  • Inputting data into the school's pupil database (Sims)
  • Sending texts and emails to parents
  • Incident recording
  • Creating letters to go home to parents
  • Maintaining our school website

Full training will be given to the right person.
