We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and caring Learning Support Officer to work with a highly motivated, friendly teaching team at West Park Primary School.

- Hours: 29 hours per week + relief duties (part‑time)
- Contract: Temporary up to 31 August 2027
- Location: Porthcawl, Bridgend, CF36 3SN (On‑site only)
Responsibilities
As a Learning Support Officer you will support classroom teams, provide targeted assistance to pupils and contribute to the overall learning environment. You may also be asked to act as a Cover Supervisor on a relief basis, providing classroom cover as required during the week.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to greet and communicate with customers in Welsh.
- Enhanced DBS check with Children’s Barred List.
- Relevant experience or training as a Learning Support Officer or equivalent.
