Wingrove Primary School, part of the West End Schools’ Trust, is looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to work alongside the School Business Manager and Finance & Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Business Manager and Finance & Office Manager.
- Act as the ‘front‑of‑house’ representative of the school, interacting with visitors and staff.
- Use initiative, organise time and prioritise tasks to meet the school’s needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience of administrative work, particularly in a school setting, is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
Working Hours
35 hours per week, term time only: 08:30‑15:45 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 08:30‑17:00 Wednesday (staff training).
Safeguarding Commitment
