The Governing Body of St Michael & All Angels Catholic Primary wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Business Manager to lead our Administration Team. The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, committed to supporting pupils, parents, and staff within our friendly school environment.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a busy school environment; be able to work independently and be accountable for their actions in managing the budget, take a leading role in the marketing/promotion of the school and in securing funding. This is a varied role with a broad range of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, committed to our vision, and passionate to support the future growth of our school.
The successful candidate will be supportive of the strong Catholic ethos of the school and be prepared to take a full and active role in all aspects of school life. In return, the successful candidate will be part of a hugely successful team committed to improving pupil's outcomes, benefit from a highly supportive SLT and Governing Body, and can further develop their career through effective CPD.
St Michael & All Angels Catholic Primary is committed to safeguarding, promoting the welfare of our children, and adhering to the Equality Act 2010. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. To comply with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all prospective employees will be required to supply evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. The post is subject to all the relevant pre-employment checks set out in the Keeping Children Safe in Education Statutory Guidance 2022, an enhanced DBS certificate with a barred list check.
