Your role will include:
- Being the first point of contact in the school office, providing a welcoming reception for visitors while ensuring security procedures are always followed
- Managing pupil admissions and maintaining the school information management system (SIMS)
- Communicating with parents, both verbally and in writing using our school app
- Monitoring and analysing pupil attendance data
- Cash handling and supporting the finance function
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school
