GovCIO is currently hiring for a C-4 Planning Management position located in Shaw AFB, SC. This will be an on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Provide C4 planning management support.
- Analyze C4 systems manpower requirements at AFCENT locations.
- Assist subordinate units with preparing changes to the Deployment Requirements Manning Document (DRMD), coordinate DRMD changes at AFCENT HQ and with appropriate external agencies, including the Air and Space Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployment center.
- Coordinate with AFCENT bases, the AEF Center, HQ ACC, and other USAF commands on the identification of personnel to fill DRMD positions.
- Assist with C4 systems functional management for AFCENT and USAF bases in CONUS.
- Coordinate with the AFCENT Joint Operation Planning and Execution System staff, the AEF Center, HQ ACC, other USAF commands, and joint transportation resources on inputs to the Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) required for supporting the continuing rotation and deployment of personnel to SWA.
- Provide inputs to the TPFDD and Time Phased Force Deployment List to schedule movements of C4 systems personnel.
- Provide inputs to the DRMD.
- Prepare and route documents, briefings, and staff papers for coordination.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience or commensurate experience.
- Clearance Required: Secret.
- Associate level experience in planning and scheduling project tasks; gathering and analyzing information to prepare status reports; ensuring assignment and scheduling of work follows policies; evaluating current procedures and recommending changes to improve efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
- 5 years of experience with managing, supervising, and coordinating military communication systems; planning and implementing activities; managing communication architecture, configuration, and integration conformity; working and communicating with military officers.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- PMP or similar work experience.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position” and GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Pay Range: USD $53,770.00 - USD $82,260.00 /Yr.
