Govan Housing Association is a community-based housing association operating in the central Govan area. The Association manages approximately 1638 tenanted properties. We are dedicated to community regeneration and improving the quality of life within our local community area. We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our Customer Service Team with day-to-day housing management activities and administration. You will have a minimum of one year’s recent experience of working within a Housing Association or Local Authority Housing Management department, with an awareness of arrears management, anti-social behaviour complaints, voids, waiting list, and allocations.
You will be responsible for listening to our customers to deliver high-quality, flexible, and supportive housing management and tenancy support services which are forward-thinking and build on our success. You will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills along with a commitment to team working, providing general operational and administrative support to our Customer Services Team.
This role offers a competitive salary and, in addition, you will receive an excellent working benefits package which includes 25 days annual leave, plus 15 days public holidays; contributory pension scheme; Westfield health rewards; and cycle to work scheme.
