The States of Guernsey invites applications for an Allocations and Occupancy Officer to join the Housing team. You will manage all administration related to applications, transfers, tenancy reviews and exchanges for social housing, ensuring processes are fair and compliant.
You will maintain the waiting list, allocate stock to eligible applicants, and liaise with colleagues across housing divisions, GHA, and external agencies. Reports to Senior Allocations and Occupancy Officer.
