You will bring significant senior-level experience in banking, investments, regulation, risk or compliance. You will have a strong record of leading high-performing teams, managing change and making balanced decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
You will be commercially aware, intellectually curious and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. You should be comfortable working across prudential, conduct and financial crime risks and able to turn data and intelligence into clear priorities and action. Experience of using technology or AI to improve quality, productivity or decision-making would be an advantage.
