Duties Include- Recruitment ,Payroll, Staff Scheduling , Staff Performance , Good Food Practices , Auditing , Adherence to Health & Safety, Food Safety and Workplace Safety requirements .
Ensure the best customer service , resolve cutsomer complaints by responding to online feedback .
Financial- Achieve margin , control all costs, manage stock ordering , minimise waste , maintain equipment , execute initiatives , marketing and promotions.
Must have 5yrs residency , 5 days over 7, no late evenings , no Sunday working ( except leading up to Christmas )
20% Staff Discount , 28 Days Holiday , Salary Negotiable .
