Join the JFSC's Registry team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing the systems and processes that underpin Jersey's Registry services. You will act as a central point of expertise for technical and operational support, working closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams and service users to resolve issues, drive process improvements and help deliver an efficient, high-quality service. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to system enhancements, support business change initiatives and improve the overall user experience. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience of business systems, process improvement and customer-focused service delivery would be desirable.
