GOV seeks an ambitious pastry chef de partie to join our kitchen team and start January 2027. You will develop the pastry offering, learn new recipes, and ensure daily preparation of food to high standards.
Strong HACCP knowledge is essential, with excellent time and people management skills to supervise and train others. A minimum of 2 years in a similar operation is desirable; NVQ 2/3 and CIEH Level 2 desirable.
