We are looking for an experienced and creative Mixologist to join the team at Sage.
You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks while delivering friendly and professional service.
Key duties include maintaining excellent drink presentation, recommending beverages, supporting seasonal cocktail development, keeping the bar clean and fully stocked, monitoring stock levels, minimising waste and following all licensing, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Previous cocktail bar or restaurant experience is preferred, along with strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails. You should be confident, well presented, reliable, organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Pay rate negotiable based on experience.
