We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Officer to provide a comprehensive and confidential service in a range of general HR disciplines.
You will work closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer on delivering various HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, retention, wellbeing, absence management, performance management, employee relations, diversity & inclusion and talent management. You will also provide advisory support to key stakeholders.
You will deliver a comprehensive general HR administration service to include, maintenance of HR records, HR system processing, production of management information, absence management and payroll inputting.
You will be familiar with Jersey employment legislation, regulations and statutory provisions.
