- Have experience working in Goods In, warehousing, a yard or logistics environment
- Ideally have experience within a builders' merchant or building materials environment, training can be provided
- Have good stock-control and organisational skills
- Be confident supervising and motivating a team
- Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety
- Be reliable, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be willing to get involved and lead from the front
