We are seeking an experienced Manager for the Electrical Networks Resource team focused on delivering utility services, to lead and coordinate the group within our Distribution networks business at La Collette. This key leadership role ensures efficient resource planning and provides strong technical support to project and industrial teams. It also handles personnel allocation for diverse construction and service activities. The role plays a vital part in supporting Jersey Electricity’s delivery of crucial services across our distribution network that includes, distribution substations, network pillars, complete cable network and over 55,000 service and metering points.
Key skills:
- Strong leadership and performance management skills.
- Degree qualified (or equivalent professional experience).
- IOSH Managing Safely and HS&E training
- Clean driving licence.
